I train for endurance.
Both are long games.

I’m currently training for an Ironman 70.3.
It reminds me that consistency matters more than motivation.
And that shortcuts usually show up later with interest.

I’m an entrepreneur by temperament.
I like simple ideas that survive contact with reality.
I don’t like complexity dressed up as intelligence.

My North Star is clear:
Help people and businesses move forward.

Mostly through:

better decisions
better systems
better use of technology

Most businesses don’t need more software.
They need clarity.

I believe technology should:

remove friction
create leverage
make work feel lighter, not heavier

When I’m not building or training, I’m:

reading
or recovering responsibly with a tequila soda lime

In 2018 I wanted to implement a CRM software for my sales team and I was unaware as to which would be the right one for my organization. I looked up CRM companies on Google and the results displayed on the first two or three pages did not necessarily cater to my requirement. Eventually, I went with a company that had been advertised on multiple websites as the best CRM of 2018. After weeks of meetings, I was referred to a system integrator who did the implementation for me. They had not done an implementation for a sales team in the BPO industry. It took them 4 months to create a simple CRM process. One year and several dollars later I realized that such a robust CRM does not suit my needs which were far simpler. I had made a wrong and uneducated decision due to the lack of necessary information, poor system integrators and wrong staffing.

I built Zoftware to be a catalyst to help companies through their digital transformation journey and anybody who wants to innovate using technology within their team, department, company or organization, should first think of Zoftware for their software requirements.

Data Direct was started by my father in 2002. The journey of Data Direct has been nothing less than humbling. I have seen the company go from a store room office in our apartment to an organization with over a thousand people operating in several companies in the Middle East.

During our infancy, we provided services in Direct Mail (those annoying booklets and pamphlets that would show up at your doorstep), data collection, advertising and agency services. With time and my father's vision, to identify and create opportunities in various different business verticals; we organically grew our services portfolio. Today Data Direct Group is a diversified multi services company that has businesses in various verticals catering to almost every industry.

Growing up, I had seen the struggles that an entrepreneur would go through and over time have conditioned myself to adopt the mindset of an entrepreneur and business owner to take Data Direct Group to the next phase.
